Whistle Blowing Policy
Assisi Hospice is committed to high standards of integrity, strong corporate governance and an open and transparent culture. All employees, volunteers, vendors, patients and their family members, and stakeholders are provided with an avenue to report any wrongdoing in relation to controls, fraud and ethics.
While you are encouraged to disclose your identity, this is not mandatory. We respect your desire for anonymity, and to preserve the confidentiality of the information you provide. For your kind understanding that our ability to contact you if needed, to seek further clarification or information, may play a role in determining the effectiveness of any investigation.
Reporting Method
Reports lodged should be specific and as detailed as possible. The report may be sent by either channel:
- Email: whistleblowing@assisihospice.org.sg
- Post: In a sealed envelope and marked to the attention of Chairman, Audit Committee, c/o Assisi Hospice, 832 Thomson Road, Singapore 574627; and marked ‘Private and Confidential’.
Investigation of Whistleblowing Reports
Reports will be reviewed by the investigation panel comprising the Chairman, Board, Chairman, Audit Committee and Chairman, Human Resource Committee; the panel with take the necessary investigatory or other appropriate action. The reporting party will be advised of the outcome.
