Mr Thomas Teo is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of G.K. Goh Holdings Limited, a diversified investment group involved in investment, healthcare and corporate services. He sits on the board of several commercial organisations and is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He was actively involved with Caritas Singapore and Charis Singapore, previously serving as a Board member and chairing both the Finance & Investment and Grants & Capacity Building Committees. Mr Teo has been a volunteer with Assisi Hospice since 2014.

Paul is the Managing Partner of RSM Singapore. Apart from audit partner sign-off responsibilities for a diverse portfolio of listed and privately held clients, his professional experience includes acting as Reporting Auditors for several IPOs on the Singapore Exchange, providing due diligence and transaction support services in acquisitions as well as advisory services. He also served as a board member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority from 2018 to 2024 and on the Council of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants from 2013 to 2019. Paul is a Fellow Member with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Ms Fiona Rankine started her career as a management trainee covering the Aerospace and Defence industry with the region’s largest business-to-business publisher. Her career highlights included the launch of Asia's first Incentive Travel and Meetings exhibition and conference, magazine and directory. Headhunted by Reed Elsevier PLC, she set up their Travel Publishing Division in Asia. She worked alongside governments, tourism ministries, destinations, convention bureaus and venues, airlines and hotel chains in their marketing campaigns. During this time she chaired and was involved in several committees and associations in the Travel and Meetings industry and was consultant to Asian Aerospace Pte Ltd, Asia’s premier Aerospace and Defence exhibition. Fifteen years ago, Fiona started Asian Palette with a conscious decision of it not being business as usual. Passion and interest fuel creating beautiful experiences with excellence, respect and fun being key drivers. Under the Asian Palette umbrella is lifestyle retail haven, an art consultancy and supply, a design arm with a delightful portfolio of interior, product, event and gift conceptualisation and merchandising. In 2016, she was approached by Assisi Hospice to assist in exploring new fundraising and marketing ideas and creative initiatives to refresh their fund-raising efforts. She said, “My involvement in the last two years has enriched my life; I am in awe with the excellence, commitment and love that is channelled towards respecting graceful endings.”

Ms Kuah Boon Theng

Boon Theng is the founder of Legal Clinic LLC. She graduated with LL.B (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and obtained her Masters in Arts Degree in Medical Ethics & Law from the University of London (King’s College Centre for Medical Law and Ethics). Appointed Senior Counsel in January 2018, her experience spans the full spectrum of legal work within the healthcare industry, advising and representing healthcare institutions, professional bodies and healthcare professionals in mediation and legal proceedings, serving on various hospital ethics committees and also providing medico-legal education. She was conferred the Public Service Star (BBM) in 2021 and the Public Service Medal (2008) for her work on the National Cancer Centre Medifund Committee. She is Honorary Legal Advisor to the Singapore Medical Association and the Academy of Medicine. Boon Theng was previously the Vice President of the Council of the Law Society of Singapore, and is presently Deputy President of the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents and is also on the Medifund Advisory Council.

Mr Tham holds the appointment of the Group Chief Information Officer of Parkway Pantai Limited. Parkway Pantai Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad, one of the largest healthcare groups in the world by market capitalisation. Beyond overseeing the operations of the group’s IT ecosystem, Mr Tham plays a key role in the strategic development of its IT projects and infrastructure in support of the company’s business objectives, as well as readying the organisation for the digital revolution in the healthcare sector. He is particularly keen in seeking out innovative new digital technologies or innovative ways to leverage such technologies to transform healthcare and how it is delivered. Prior to this appointment, he was concurrently the Group Chief Corporate Development Officer and Group Chief Operating Officer at the National Healthcare Group (NHG) where he was responsible for strategic planning and the group’s activities in population health and care integration. Prior to that, Linus held positions as Chief Information Officer at Raffles Medical Group and NHG, as well as Chief Technology Architect, Managing Director and Head at DBS Bank’s Enterprise Architecture and Services unit.

Associate Professor Lita Chew received her pharmacy degree from NUS and moved on to obtain her post-graduate masters in medical science in clinical oncology at University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. She completed her fellowship training in Pharmacy Practice at the University Illinois Chicago, USA. A/Prof Chew is an influential leader in the health care sector with over 30 years of practice experience. An inspiring Pharmacy leader, A/P Chew’s work impacts pharmacy practice and pharmacy workforce in Singapore. She has guided the establishment of register for specialist pharmacists, career pathways, training and development framework for pharmacy workforce, and the development of National Pharmacy Strategy, a 10-year plan to transform pharmaceutical landscape in Singapore. She holds concurrent positions as Group Director (Allied Health) at Singhealth, Head of Pharmacy Department at National Cancer Centre Singapore, Faculty of Pharmacy Department at National University of Singapore, and Senior Advisor in Chief Pharmacist Office, Ministry of Health Singapore. In recognition for her contributions, A/P Chew received the Public Administration Medals in 2013 (Bronze) and 2019 (Silver) National Day Awards and the Long Service Award in 2020 National Day Award.
Ms Lynna Chandra

Ms Chandra founded Rachel House in 2006 to pioneer the first pediatric palliative care service in Indonesia, and help champion the establishment of a palliative care ecosystem to benefit patients living with life-limiting conditions. She currently serves on the Board of ICPCN (International Children’s Palliative Care Network) to advocate for better access to palliative care for children all over the world. In 2011, in order to champion equal access to essential services and equal opportunities for all, Lynna co-founded Absolute Impact Partners (AIP) in the hope of alleviating the suffering and indignity associated with poverty. AIP is currently active in Indonesia and Myanmar. Ms Chandra is an accountant by training and had spent the first decade of her career in the investment banking industry. She is an Ashoka Fellow and serves on the boards of Bamboo Capital Management, a private equity firm focusing on impact investment, and Ashoka Singapore. “When I was approached to serve on the Assisi Hospice Board, I felt like life has come full circle. Various people at Assisi had been my mentor in the early years of Rachel House. Their generosity and love are what I have come to associate Assisi with. And over the years, I have heard the same words being used by the people whose lives have been so beautifully touched by the Assisi team. I am humbled by this invitation to serve, and honoured to have the opportunity to contribute to a cause that is so close to my heart.”
Mr Nagaraj (Raj) Sivaram

Mr Nagaraj (Raj) Sivaram qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was a partner in Ernst & Young, Singapore. He retired from the firm on 30th June 2019 after 35 years with the firm. In his years with the firm he served in various roles principally in the audit or assurance department. He is currently a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman of the Urban Redevelopment Authority and the Singapore Institute of Technology. He also serves on the Audit Committee of the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA).
Prof Philip Choo

Professor Philip Choo is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the National Healthcare Group (NHG). He is well recognised as a Geriatrician with more than 25 years of experience. Professor Choo was awarded the TTSH Doctor of the Year in 1996. His contribution during SARS, as head of the medical team, earned him the National Day Public Service Star Award in 2003. In 2011, he was awarded the National Day Public Administration Medal (Silver), and the National Day Long Service Medal in 2015. Professor Choo serves on several Boards which include the NHG-Johns Hopkins Singapore Institute Pte Ltd, Ren Ci Hospital, The Courage Fund Limited, and Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital. He also sits on various Ministry of Health Committees, and a member of various committees eg Medical Advisory Board to MINDEF and SAF, Ageing Research Institute for Society and Education Advisory Board NTU, Community for Successful Ageing Advisory Committee and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Governing Board.
Mr Tony Mallek

Mr Mallek served as Chief Financial Officer for Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPH) until retiring at the end of March 2018. He currently consults for SPH on a part-time basis, on projects including developing The Woodleigh Mall & Residences in Bidadari, Orange Valley Nursing Homes and developing SPH’s Silver Care business overseas. He is a director of SPH REIT Management Pte Ltd, as manager of SPH REIT. Mr Mallek was named Best CFO (large cap) at the Singapore Corporate Awards in 2016.
